摘要
以Mg(NO_3)_2为反应前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶浸渍提拉法,对氧化镁纳米粒子薄膜的制备工艺进行了详细研究,并利用AFM研究了制备过程中不同条件对纳米薄膜形成的影响,同时寻求到了较佳的制膜工艺条件.
Magnesium oxide thin films were deposited on glass, mica and Si substrates by dip -coating Sol - Gel technique, using Mg(NO3)2 and alcohol as the starting material. The conditions were considered during the preparation of thin film. The morphology of MgO films were observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The better condition had been concluded.
