摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶浸渍提拉法制备了纳米氧化锌薄膜。ZnO为六方晶系纤锌矿型,薄膜表面均匀致密,粒径尺寸约为10nm,400℃焙烧后的粉体在451cm-1处出现Zn-O伸缩振动,较体相材料向低波数移动了约29cm-1,膜中ZnO粒子的带边吸收位于363nm,其吸光度值与膜层数间的较好线性关系说明可以将氧化锌溶胶中的纳米粒子较好地转移到基片上。 The nanosized ZnO thin films were deposited by solgel technology. The ZnO particles crystallized in the wurtzite phase, which were welldistributed in the films with the mean particle size of about 10 nm. There was an absorption band at 451 cm1 which was assigned to the ZnO stretching vibration in IR spectrum when the powders were roasted at 400℃. The band was redshifted about 29 cm1 compared to ZnO bulk powder. The ZnO absorption onset of UVVis spectra was at about 363 nm. The linear relationship between the absorption intensity and the number of layers suggested that the nanoZnO were well transferred onto the quartz substrate.
