摘要
制备了 2种脂肪酸标记物 99m Tc- MAMA- HA和 99m Tc N- MAMA- HA,改进了标记方法 ,放化纯均大于 90 % ;对标记物进行了小鼠的生物分布实验 ,结果表明二者都有一定的心肌摄取 ,99m Tc- MAMA- HA的心肌摄取要好于 99m Tc N- MAMA- HA,而后者的心肌滞留要好于前者 ,这说明99m Tc N的引入明显改变了 99m Tc- MAMA- HA的生物分布 .
mTc-MAMA-HA and 99mTcN-MAMA-HA are prepared respectively with labeling yield all above 90%. The biodistribution indicates that they all show appropriate uptake in heart, and the heart uptake of 99mTc-MAMA-HA is better than that of 99mTcN-MAMA-HA. But the latter exhibits slower elimination from the heart than the former. From the result of biodistribution, it is shown obviously that the introduction of 99mTcN core affects the biodistribution behavior of 99mTc-MAMA-HA.
