摘要
以氰乙酰胺和 6 苯基己酸为原料 ,用改进了的合成路线 ,通过 9步反应合成母体脂肪酸ω 苯基 β 甲基十五烷酸 (BMPPA) ,并在其基础上合成了ω 苯基 β 甲基对碘十五烷酸(BMIPPA) .同时采用三氟乙酸铊法对BMPPA进行了碘标记 ,成功地制备了1 2 5I BMIPP ,并进行了标记产物的小鼠体内生物分布实验 ,显示了良好的心肌摄取和滞留 .
Fatty acid BMPPA(β-methyl phenyl pentadecanoic acid) is synthesized after nine steps from 2-cyanoacetamide and 6-phenyl-hexanoic acid based on the improved synthesis route. BMIPPA (15-(p-iodophenyl)-3(R,S)-methylpentadeca-noic acid) is synthesized based on the precursor. The iodine-125 labeling of BMPPA is accomplished by the thallation method and 125I-BMIPP is prepared successfully. The result of biodistribution in mice indicates that the labeled product takes on good uptake and retention in myocardium.
