摘要 配体交换模式适合分离分析手性氨基酸、氨基醇以及α-羟基酸等物质,被广泛地应用于毛细管电泳手性拆分中。文章以不同种类的手性配体(氨基酸类配体、氨基酰胺类配体、离子液体类配体以及其他种类配体)为出发点,对配体交换毛细管电泳在手性拆分领域中的研究进展作一综述。 Ligand-exchange can be applied particularly for the chiral separation of amino acids, amino alcohols or α-hydroxy acids, especially by the use of capillary electrophoresis. In terms of different chiral ligands (including amino acids, amino acylamides, ionic liquids as well as other ligands), this review summarized the researches on the enantioseparation by ligand-exchange capillary electrophoresis.
