摘要
在制备新型心肌显像剂^(99m)TC-CMPI的过程中,研究了pH、CMPI浓度、GH浓度、^(99m)Tc-GH浓度、温度、还原剂Sn^(2+)浓度对^(99m)Tc-GH与CMPI配体交换反应的影响。结果表明,pH、CMPI浓度、Sn^(2+)浓度对反应的影响较显著。
The kinetics of ligand exchange reaction between 99mTc-GH and CMPI is investigated In order to optimize the preparation condition for 99mTc-CMPI which is a recently developed myocadial imaging agent. The reaction was evidently influenced by CMPI and Sn2+ concentrations and pH.
