摘要
报道了以MIBI冻干药盒制备^(99m)Tc—MIBI的反应热力学研究。结果表明,^(99m)Tc—MIBI的制备反应为吸热反应,反应热ΔH为339.2kJ/mol,升高反应温度时,^(99m)Tc—MIBI的标记率也提高。为使^(99m)Tc—MIBI的标记率大于90%,反应温度必须高于77℃。
99mTc- MIBI is a valuable myocardial perfusion imaging agent. In order to explore the optimal condition for the preparation of Tc- MIBI, the thermodynamics of preparation reaction was studied using MIBI freeze- dried kit. The result shows that the preparation of 99mTc- MIBI exhibits a endothermic reaction. The reaction heat (△H) was equal to 339.2 kJ/mol. In order to make the labelling yield of Tc- MIBI higher than 90%, the reaction temperature should be over 77℃.
