摘要
作者应用冠醚色层柱,以KH2PO4为流动相,再在流动相中加入辛胺,并用乙腈调节辛胺浓度的方法,研究了放射性药物111In-DTPA络合物和未反应的游离DTPA的容量因子与流动相碱性离子对试剂浓度及其pH值的关系.结果表明,两者均随流动相中碱性离子对浓度的增加而增大,而随流动相中pH值的增大而下降,较好地解决了放射性药物111In-DTPA络合物和游离DTPA的分离和测定问题,为脑显象剂——放射性药物111In-DTPA络合物的研制。
The relation between capacity factor and basic ion pairing agents concentration on the 111 In DTPA complex and free DTPA is studied with ion pair chromatography in nor mal phase mode.The relation between capacity factor and pH value of the mobile phase on the 111 In DTPA complex and free DTPA is studied.The optimum conditions are derived from systematic study of the effect of various mobile phase parameters on retention characteristics of 111 In DTPA complex and DTPA.The separation and determination between the unreacted free DTPA and radiopharmaceutical 111 In DTPA complex is carried out with the difference of both the retention time.The unreacted free DTPA contained generally is 20~40μg in the finished 37×10 6Bq/mL rdiophamaceutical 111 In DTPA complex.
