摘要
目前广播电视大学全国统一考试规模巨大,考试危机事件时有发生,加强电大考试危机管理显得非常迫切和重要。文章在对电大统一考试危机类型分析的基础上,针对考试危机发生的原因,提出必须增强考试危机管理的意识,建立完善的考试危机管理体系,才能积极应对考试危机事件,预防或减小危机造成的损失,促进电大事业健康稳步地发展。
Now that the unified national tests of TV University are large- scaled and critical incidents are frequently occurring,It is crucial and urgent to reinforce the crisis management in examinations of TV university.Based on personal analyses of the types of crises and the causes of the critical incidents,the author of this thesis has put forward that what we must do is not only to enhance crisis management consciousness,but to perfect the crisis management system in exams as well.Only by means of these can we respond actively to the critical incidents,as well as take precautions against the crises and reduce the loss by crises,for better and healthier development of TV university education career.
