摘要
近年来,高校学生危机事件发生的频率不断增加,并呈现出一些新特点。在预防和处置这些危机时,要建立完善的危机干预机构、坚持合理的处置原则、采用合适的处置方法,持续做好危机后期的管理工作是十分重要的。
In recent years, the rate of the university students＇ crises is increasingly soaring due to many aspects. What＇s more, there turns out to be some new features. To prevent and deal with those issues, it＇s very significant to carry out the following steps： establishing profound intervenient system, insisting on reasonable managing principles, adopting respectful managing methods, accomplishing the post - management constantly.
