摘要
建立高校危机管理机制已日益成为各高校的共识,得到了各高校的普遍重视。如何建立一套务实、高效的管理机制来化解高校危机事件,需要各高校不断地研究探索。本文以"预防为主、提高危机发生时的应变能力、注重高校危机管理的实效"为指导原则,从危机的预防、对危机事件的应急处理、危机过后的善后处理等三个层面、七个方面初步探讨了高校危机管理的对策。
Institutions of higher learning have reached a consensus on and paid great attention to the establishment of the mechanism for handling crisis in institutions of higher learning. How to establish a set of highly effective and practical mechanism to solve crisis events in institutions of higher learning needs to be studied and explored uninterruptedly by various institutions of higher learning. Based on the guiding principles of putting prevention first, raising capacity to cope with changes when crisis occurs and paying attention to substantial results in handling crisis in institutions of higher learning, the paper makes an initial discussion on the measures for handling crisis in institutions of higher learning in the three aspects of crisis prevention, emergency measures for crisis events and dealing with the problems arising from the crisis.
