机械钢制垫片的表面改性工艺研究

Study on Surface Modification Technology of Mechanical Steel Gasket

摘要 采用不同的激光功率、光斑直径和扫描速度,对1Cr5Mo VSr机械钢制垫片进行了激光熔敷表面改性,并进行了耐磨损性能和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随激光功率从1 k W增至5 k W,光斑直径从1 mm增至3mm、扫描速度从2 mm/s增至8 mm/s,垫片试样的耐磨损性能和冲击性能均先提高后下降。机械钢制垫片的激光功率优选为3 k W、光斑直径优选为2 mm、扫描速度优选为6 mm/s。 The surface modification of mechanical gasket made of 1 Cr5 Mo VSr steel was carried out using laser-cladding technique with varying laser power,spot diameter and scanning speed.Its wear resistance and impact resistance performances were tested and analyzed. The results show that with increasing the laser power from 1 k W to 5 k W,increasing the spot diameter from 1 mm to 3 mm,and increasing the scanning speed from 2 mm/s to 8 mm/s,its wear resistance and impact resistance performances show the tendency of increasing firstly and then decreasing.In order to make suitable mechanical 1 Cr5 Mo VSr steel gasket,the laser power,the spot diameter,and the scanning speed are preferably 3 k W,2 mm,and 6 mm/s,respectively.
