非石棉胶乳抄取密封材料的性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用胶乳抄取工艺,对不同配方的抄取密封材料进行了拉伸性能、耐介质性能及压缩回弹性能的测试,并进行了比较及分析。结果表明:采用有机纤维与无机纤维配合增强得到的产品具有较好的综合性能,可以替代石棉抄取纸。 Using beater-addition process, the gasket materials of different formulations were obtained. The tensile strength, oil resistance, water resistance, compressibility and recovery property of these materials were also measured. The results show that the products, which were reinforced by inorganic fiber, together with cellulose fiber and aramid fiber, provided favourable combination properties and could be used to substitute asbestos paper.
