摘要
综述了国内外纯铜表面改性技术的研究现状;主要介绍了电镀、热扩渗、气相沉积、热喷涂、激光熔覆技术在纯铜表面改性中的应用;分析了这些表面改性技术的优势和局限性,通过比较其工艺特点对前景进行了展望。
The present situation of domestic and foreign research in surface modification technology of pure cop- per is reviewed. The main surface modification technologies used on pure copper are introduced, including electropla-ting, thermo-chemical treatment, thermal spraying, laser cladding and so on. And the main advantage and disadvan- tage of these technologies are also analyzed. The prospect and potential of these technologies are pointed out by com- paring their process features.
