摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合盆底康复训练在宫颈癌术后放化疗中的应用效果。方法选取离石区人民医院收治的76例宫颈癌术后患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各38例。2组患者采用常规放化疗,对照组进行盆底康复训练治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,2组均连续治疗12周,并进行为期6个月的随访。统计2组治疗后自主排尿功能恢复时间、残余尿量、尿潴留发生率、近期总有效率及毒副反应。结果治疗组自主排尿功能恢复时间、显著短于对照组,残余尿量显著少于对照组(P <0. 01),2组尿潴留发生率无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。治疗组近期总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组毒副反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合盆底康复训练可促进宫颈癌术后放化疗患者膀胱功能恢复,降低放化疗所引起的毒副反应,且近期疗效显著优于单独盆底康复训练。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer surgery.Methods 76 patients with cervical cancer after surgery admitted to Lishi District People’s Hospital were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The patients of 2 groups were treated with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pill on the basis of control group.2 groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks and followed-up for 6 months.After treatment,the independent urination function recovery time,residual urine volume,the incidence of urinary retention,short-term total effective rate and toxic and side effects of 2 groups were statistically analyzed.Results The independent urination function recovery time and residual urine volume of treatment group was significantly shorter/less than that of control group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of urinary retention between 2 groups(P>0.05).The short-term total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of toxic and side effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training can promote the bladder function recovery of patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer surgery,reduce the toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the short-term efficacy is significantly better than that of pelvic floor rehabilitation training alone.
