摘要
目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年1月我院妇科收治的76例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各38例。对照组单纯应用米非司酮(10 mg,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用桂枝茯苓丸(6 g,tid)治疗,比较两组疗效及对性激素水平的影响。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后3个月观察组E2、LH、FSH、P水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:采用桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮可有效提升患者子宫肌瘤的临床治疗效果,并对改善患者体内性激素水平具有积极的影响作用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of guizhi fuling pills combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:76 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects investigated and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone alone(10 mg,qd),and the patients in the observation group were treated with guizhi fuling pills(6 g,tid)on the basis of the control group.The effcacy and the effect on sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and progesterone(P)before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of E2,LH,FSH and P in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The guizhi fuling pills combined with mifepristone has effectively improved clinical effcacy in the treatment of hysteromyoma in the patients and has a positive effect on improving the levels of sex hormones in the patients.
