摘要
目的探讨复方斑蝥胶囊在卵巢癌术后化疗中的应用价值。方法选择2020年10月—2021年10月医院收治的72例卵巢癌根治术后化疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。结果观察组客观有效率高于对照组。治疗后,2组中医证候、卡氏评分、CA125水平均有所改善,且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗中观察组白细胞降低、肝功能受损发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在贫血和胃肠道反应发生率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵巢癌术后TC方案化疗患者口服复方斑蝥胶囊辅助治疗,可改善患者的中医证候及生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,增效减毒,有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application value of compound Banmao capsule in postoperative chemotherapy of ovarian cancer.Methods From October 2020 to October 2021,72 patients with ovarian cancer treated with chemotherapy after radical resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.Results The objective effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome,CA125 score and the observation group improved better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of leukopenia and liver function impairment in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anemia and gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of compound Banmao capsule as an adjuvant therapy for postoperative TC chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer can improve their TCM syndrome and quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,increase efficacy and reduce toxicity,and have good clinical application value.
