浙江省马铃薯机械化收获关键技术探讨 被引量:7

摘要 马铃薯是浙江省提升旱粮生产、保障粮食安全的重要作物之一,机械化是马铃薯产业发展的关键,现阶段以劳动强度最大的收获作业的机械化需求最为迫切。根据浙江省马铃薯机械化收获装备的应用情况,分析丘陵地带制约马铃薯机械化收获的主要因素,研究马铃薯收获机具使用时存在的问题,并在此基础上探讨挖掘铲自动对垄技术、仿垄形收获技术、挖掘深度控制技术和黏性土脱土松土等可供改善的关键技术。 Potato is one of the most important crops to enhance dry grain production and ensuring food security in Zhejiang Province,mechanization is the key to the development of potato industry,the most urgent need is the mechanized harvesting that cost the greatest labor intensity.According to the application of potato mechanized harvesting equipment in Zhejiang Province,the main factors restricting potato mechanized harvesting in hilly areas were analyzed in this paper,the problems existing in the use of potato harvester were studied and the key technologies for improvement such as automatic ridge-setting technology of digging shovel,ridge-like harvesting technology,depth control technology of digging and removal of cohesive soil are discussed.
