摘要
为了提高马铃薯收获作业的机械化程度,根据东北地区的种植模式和土壤特性,设计了一种组合式的马铃薯收获机挖掘铲,并对其进行了力学分析和优化设计。综合仿真分析和收获试验的结果,设计了挖掘铲的总体宽度w=1150 mm,铲刃角α=85°,铲面倾角β=24°,铲片宽度b=65 mm,铲片长度l=370 mm。试验结果表明,该挖掘铲的工作效果良好,有效降低了漏挖率和破损率,研究成果为马铃薯联合收获机械的开发和设计提供了必要的理论依据和技术支撑。
In order to improve the mechanization of potato harvesting operations,a combined potato harvester digging shovel is designed according to the planting pattern and the soil characteristics in northeast China,and are mechanically analyzed and optimized.Combining the results of the simulation analysis and the harvest test,the overall width of the excavated shovel is designed as w=1150 mm,the shovel blade angle isα=85°,the dip angle of the shovel isβ=24°,the blade width is b=65 mm,and the blade length is l=370 mm.The experimental results show that the working effect is good,effectively reducing the leakage rate and damage rate,and the research results provide necessary theoretical basis and technical support for the development and design of potato combined harvesting machinery.
