抗剥落剂对沥青老化性能影响研究 被引量:9

Influence of Peeling-off Resistant Agent on Asphalt Aging Performance

摘要 为了研究添加抗剥落剂对沥青老化性能的影响,选择胺类PA-1型沥青和非胺类LX-6525型沥青,并与未掺加抗剥落剂的沥青做对比,通过旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT)和压力老化容器(PAV)加速沥青老化试验,测试沥青老化后的三大指标,研究抗剥落剂对沥青短期、长期老化性能的影响,同时借助红外光谱(IR)探究抗剥落剂对沥青老化性能的微观影响。研究结果表明:掺抗剥落剂的沥青在短期老化、长期老化后老化指数、软化点的增高要大于未掺加抗剥落剂的沥青,而25℃针入度比小于未加抗剥落剂的沥青,抗剥落剂的加入使沥青的抗老化性能降低;抗剥落剂能增大沥青的短期老化、长期老化后的低温延展性,低温性能得到改善;对比两种抗剥落剂对沥青老化性能的影响,非胺类抗剥落剂具有更好的抗老化性;在不同老化状态下,添加不同抗剥落剂的沥青,其特征吸收峰位置影响较小,主要改变吸收峰的强度;抗剥落剂掺入沥青后出现羧酸、酮、酸酐的C=O伸缩振动吸收;无论是否掺加抗剥落剂,沥青的吸收峰面积指数随着老化的进行呈相同的变化规律,经吸收峰面积指数的对比,抗剥落剂促进了沥青官能团的变化。 In order to study the effect of adding peel-off resistant agent on asphalt aging performance,amine PA-1 asphalt and non-amine LX-6525 asphalt are selected and compared with the asphalt not adding in the peel-off resistant agent,through the rotating film heating test(RTFOT)and the accelerating asphalt aging test by pressure aging container(PAV),the three major indexes after asphalt aging are tested,the effect of the anti-stripping agent on the short-term and long-term aging performance of the asphalt are studied.At the same time,the microscopic effect of anti-stripping agent on asphalt aging performance is studied by means of infrared spectroscopy(IR).The results show that:the asphalt with peeling-off resistant agent has higher aging index and softening point after short-term aging and long-term aging than asphalt without peeling-off resistant agent,but the penetration ratio at 25°C is smaller than that without peeling-off resistant agent;the addition of the anti-stripping peeling-off resistant agent reduces the anti-aging property of the asphalt;the peeling-off resistant agent can increase the low-temperature ductility after the short-term aging and the long-term aging of asphalt,and the low-temperature performance is improved;compare the effects of two types of peeling-off resistant agents on the aging of asphalt,the nonamine anti-stripping agent has better anti-aging property;under different aging conditions,the asphalt with different peeling-off resistant agent has less influence on the characteristic absorption peak position,mainly changing the intensity of the absorption peak;the C=O of carboxylic acid,ketone and acid anhydride occurs telescopic vibration absorption after the anti-stripping agent is mixed into the asphalt;and whether or not peeling-off resistant agent is added,the absorption peak area index of asphalt shows the same change rule with aging,the anti-stripping agent promotes the change of asphalt functional group by the comparison of absorption peak area index.
