基于黏弹理论的PPA复配SBS改性沥青老化性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 对不同掺量的PPA复配3.5%SBS改性沥青分别进行旋转薄膜老化和重复蠕变恢复试验,依据针入度评价体系和黏弹理论分析其老化前后的基本指标及蠕变劲度,通过拟合得出蠕变劲度的变化规律来评价改性沥青的高温性能以及老化性能。结果表明:随着PPA的掺入,蠕变劲度显著增加,说明PPA的掺入会提高改性沥青的高温性能;PPA掺量的增加使老化后的复配性改性沥青的蠕变劲度较普通改性沥青的性能下降较缓,质量损失率减少,说明PPA可以提升改性沥青的抗老化性能;用蠕变劲度来评价复配性改性沥青比针入度指标评价体系效果更加显著。
