摘要
多聚磷酸由于价格低廉、制备简单在路面铺筑工程中得到了广泛的应用,文章提出采用多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青的制备方案,并针对不同种类的改性沥青进行了多应力重复蠕变试验、弯曲蠕变劲度试验,并采用车辙试验和低温弯曲试验对比了多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料的高低温性能,结果表明:在SBS改性沥青中掺加多聚磷酸可以显著提升改性沥青的高温性能,且随着掺量的增加,改性沥青的高温性能增加,多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青混合料也表现出优异的高温稳定性;增加多聚磷酸的掺量会对改性沥青的低温性能造成一定程度的削弱,但是其混合料性能满足规范的要求。
Polyphosphoric acid has been widely used in pavement engineering due to its low price and simple preparation.This paper proposes the use of polyphosphoric acid compounded with SBS modified asphalt to prepare excellent performance and low-price modification asphalt.Multi-stress repeated creep test and bending creep stiffness test were carried out for different types of modified asphalt to study the high and low temperature performance of the modified asphalt.The rutting test and low temperature bending test were used to compare the high and low temperature performance of polyphosphoric acid compound SBS modified asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture.The results show that adding polyphosphoric acid to the SBS modified asphalt can significantly improve the high temperature performance of the modified asphalt,and with the increase of the content,the high temperature performance of the modified asphalt increases,and the polyphosphoric acid compound SBS modified asphalt mixture also performs outstanding high temperature stability.Increasing the content of polyphosphoric acid will weaken the low temperature performance of the modified asphalt to a certain extent,but the performance of the mixture the requirements of the specification.
