摘要 相较于碱性石料,作为酸性集料的安山岩与沥青黏附性较差,直接用于路面铺筑将严重影响沥青路面的使用寿命和路用性能.通过在安山岩沥青混合料掺加改性剂,提高混合料中安山岩与沥青的黏附性,满足路用性能要求.为了研究酸性安山岩集料中抗剥落剂的最佳掺量,基于表面能原理,采用插板法和蒸汽吸附法测量SBS改性沥青和酸性安山岩集料的表面能参数,计算沥青与集料表面能黏附性指标ER值,确定添加的抗剥落剂最佳掺量为0.4%;通过沥青混合料宏观水稳定性试验发现抗剥落剂掺量0.4%时,浸水残留稳定度比和冻融劈裂强度比达到最大,从而验证了ER值指标的可靠性,并建立ER值与水稳定性指标的联系. Compared with alkaline stone,andesite,as an acidic aggregate,has poor adhesion with asphalt,and its direct application in pavement will seriously affect the service life and road performance of asphalt pavement.By adding modifier to andesite asphalt mixture,the adhesiveness between andesite and asphalt in the mixture can be improved to meet the road performance requirements.In order to study the optimal content of anti-stripping agent in acid andesite aggregate,based on the surface energy principle,the surface energy parameters of SBS modified asphalt and acid andesite aggregate were measured by inserting plate method and steam adsorption method.ER value of adhesion index of asphalt aggregate surface energy was calculated,and the optimum content of anti-stripping agent was 0.4%.Through the macroscopic water stability test of asphalt mixture,it is found that when the amount of anti-stripping agent is 0.4%,the ratio of residual stability in water immersion and the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength reach the maximum,which verifies the reliability of ER value index and establishes the relationship between ER value and water stability index.
