摘要
文中选用高芳香分基础油分、增塑剂、软化剂以及增黏剂等作为原料制备热拌沥青再生剂,最佳配方为:100份糠醛抽出油+20份环氧大豆油+2份松节油+5份C9石油树脂。10%掺量的再生沥青三大指标接近70号基质沥青要求。通过红外光谱分析,此再生剂能够使老化沥青中较高的亚砜基含量降低到基质沥青含量附近,可以从分子结构上恢复沥青的性能。此RA-5级别再生剂具有良好的渗透性,老化后质量损失(-1.787%)与黏度比(1.97)也低于质量要求。沥青混合料试验证明使用此再生剂,水稳定性、高温性能以及低温抗裂性能均可满足路用性能要求。
In this paper,furfural extract oil,plasticizer,softener and tackifier are chosen as raw material for preparing of asphalt rejuvenator agent.The best formula is:100portion of furfural extract oil+20portion of epoxy soybean oil+2portion of turpentine+5portion of C9petroleum resin.The three major indexes of recycled asphalt containing 10%rejuvenator agent are close to the requirements of No.70 penetration grade base asphalt.Through IR spectroscopy analysis,this rejuvenator agent could reduce the high sulfoxide content in aged asphalt approximately to that in base asphalt,indicating that the performance of asphalt is restored in molecular structure level.This rejuvenator agent belonging to RA-5 grade has good permeability.Further,the mass loss(-1.787%)and the viscosity ratio(1.97)after aging meet the quality requirements.The study of asphalt mixture proves that the water stability,high temperature performance and low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture containing this rejuvenator agent could also meet the requirements of road performance.
