摘要
为了探索纳米碳酸钙对石油沥青粘结性和温度敏感性的改善效果,制备了7种不同纳米碳酸钙剂量的改性沥青,从中优选出3%和5%两个剂量。然后基于室内试验,系统地探究了纳米碳酸钙改性沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明:不同剂量的纳米碳酸钙均能改善基质沥青的高温性能和黏度,而当剂量较小时对沥青延度有积极作用,剂量超过5%后则对沥青低温性能起到反作用;相较于基质沥青混合料,掺入3%和5%两种剂量制备的纳米碳酸钙改性沥青混合料的路用性能均得到不同程度的提高,且当改性剂掺量取5%时,纳米碳酸钙的改性作用发挥地最为充分。可见,利用纳米碳酸钙的特性来弥补沥青粘结性差和温度敏感性差的不足是可行的。
In order to explore the improvement effect of nano-CaCO_(3) on the adhesion force and temperature sensitivity of petroleum asphalt,seven kinds of modified asphalt with different nano-CaCO_(3) dosages were prepared firstly,and two doses of 3%and 5%were optimized.Based on laboratory test,the pavement performance of nano-CaCO_(3) modified asphalt mixtures was systematically explored.The results show that different dosages of nano-CaCO_(3) can improve the high-temperature performance and viscosity of base asphalt.When the dosage of nano-CaCO_(3) is less than 5%,it has a positive effect on the ductility of asphalt;when the dosage exceeds 5%,it has a negative effect on the low-temperature performance of asphalt.Compared with the base asphalt mixture,the pavement performance of the modified asphalt mixture prepared by adding 3%and 5%of nano-CaCO_(3) can be improved.When the modifier dosage is 5%,the modification effect of nano-CaCO_(3) is the best.Therefore,it is feasible to make up for the poor adhesion and temperature sensitivity of asphalt by adding nano-CaCO_(3).
