摘要
使用全国特岗教师抽样调查数据,通过潜类别分析对特岗教师从教动机类型进行探讨。结果显示,特岗教师依其从教动机可分成四种类型:"理想兴趣驱动型""兼顾现实的理想兴趣驱动型""家庭驱动型"和"生存驱动型"。这四类特岗教师群体在自我效能感、自我接纳、职业倦怠、主观幸福感和地域融入等职业适应性特征上存在显著差异:"理想兴趣驱动型"和"兼顾现实的理想兴趣驱动型"两类教师群体的职业适应性好于其余两类;"兼顾现实的理想兴趣驱动型"在地域融入方面好于"理想兴趣驱动型";"生存驱动型"教师群体在这几项职业适应性指标上表现最弱。这些发现在教师培养及专业发展方面都有一定的启示意义。
This study explores the classification of special-post teachers’ career choice motivation based on a survey of national special-post teachers in 2016. A latent class analysis found that special-post teachers could be classified into 4 types:'ideal and interest driven','ideal and interest driven considering reality','family driven'and'survival driven'. These four kinds of teachers have significant differences in their professional adaption indicators such as efficacy,burnout level,subjective well-being,local culture adaption and self-acceptance. The former two types have better professional adaption than the other two types. Teachers of'ideal and interest driven considering reality'have higher self-acceptance level than teachers of'ideal and interest driven'. And teachers of 'survival driven'have lowest professional adaption level. These findings are of significance for teacher preparation and professional development.
