同型半胱氨酸和转化生长因子β1与2型糖尿病周围神经病变的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hyc)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与2型糖尿病周围神经病变的关系。方法选取我院于2015年9月至2016年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者108例作为实验组,根据患者是否发生周围神经病变将其分为糖尿病(DM)组与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)组,同时选择54例健康人作为对照组。空腹采血测定3组患者的Hyc,TGF-β1,血糖(FPG)及糖基化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)的水平,并探究Hyc,TGF-β1的水平与DPN的相关性。结果与对照组相比,DM组和DPN组的血浆Hcy和TGF-β1水平明显偏高(P<0.05或P<0.01),DPN组的血浆Hyc和TGF-β1水平较DM组也明显偏高(P<0.05或P<0.01),Pearson相关分析表明Hyc和TGF-β1显著相关(R2=0.878,P<0.01),Lgistic回归分析表明血浆Hcy和TGF-β1水平为DPN的独立相关因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 Hcy和TGF-β1为影响2型糖尿病周围神经病变的重要因素,对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床诊断诊断具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine(Hcy) and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods All 108 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the experimental group. According to whether the patients had peripheral neuropathy, they were divided into diabetes mellitus(DM) group and diabetes mellitus Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)group, while 54 healthy people were selected as the control group. The levels of Hyc, TGF-β1, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Alc) were measured by fasting blood sampling, and the correlation between Hyc and TGF-β1 levels and DPN was investigated. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of plasma Hcy and TGF-β1 in DM group and DPN group were significantly higher than those in DM group(P <0.05 or P <0.01). The levels of plasma Hyc and TGF-β1 in DPN group were significantly higher than those in DM group(P <0.05 or P <0.05)), Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy and TGF-β1were significantly correlated, Lgistic regression analysis showed that plasma Hyc and TGF-β1 levels of DPN independent correlation factors. Conclusion Hcy and TGF-β1 are important factors affecting the peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is of great significance in the diagnosis and diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
