增韧剂种类及用量对PBT/PC合金性能影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和聚碳酸酯(PC)进行共混改性可以综合两种材料的优点。为增强PBT/PC合金材料界面的相容性,需要加入第三组分改进相容性,以提高共混体系的力学性能。本实验研究了在非阻燃和阻燃体系中,几种不同的增韧剂以及不同的增韧剂用量对于合金材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:MBS类增韧剂增韧效果最好,GMA类增韧剂对材料流动性影响最大;增韧剂用量越大,材料刚性越低,流动性越差,材料缺口冲击性能则提升明显,但在10%用量后变化趋缓。 The blending modification of poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT) and polycarbonate(PC) can synthesize the advantages of the two materials. In order to enhance the compatibility of the interface of PBT/PC alloy, the third component should be added to improve the compatibility. And then the mechanical properties of the blend system can be improved. The effects of different toughening agents and different amount of toughening agents on the mechanical properties of alloy materials were studied in non-flame retardant and flame-retardant systems. The results showed that the toughening effect of MBS toughening agent was the best, and that of GMA type toughening agent had the greatest effect on the fluidity of the material. The higher the amount of toughening agent, the lower the rigidity, the worse the fluidity, the higher the notched impact property of the material is, and the slower the change is after 10 % dosage.
