PC/ABS合金材料耐化学品性能研究

摘要 针对热塑性工程塑料PC/ABS合金抗应力开裂性能较弱的现象,先探究了增韧剂(MBS)含量对PC/ABS合金材料力学性能的影响,再研究添加抗开裂剂,接枝PE和PMMA的PC/ABS合金抗应力开裂性能。结果表明:随着增韧剂MBS的含量增加,PC/ABS合金拉伸强度和弯曲强度逐渐降低,缺口冲击强度出现提升;当合金中添加接枝PE(3%)后,经过乙醇:天那水浸泡的合金材料,力学性能保持率最佳,拉伸强度保持率98.03%,弯曲强度保持率98.37%,缺口冲击强度保持率96.11%。 In view of the phenomenon of weak stress cracking resistance of PC/ABS alloy materials,the influence of toughening agent(MBS)content on the mechanical properties of PC/ABS alloy materials was explored,and then the stress cracking resistance of PC/ABS alloy materials with anti-cracking agent,grafting PE and PMMA was studied.The results showed that as the content of toughening agent MBS increased,the tensile strength and bending strength of PC/ABS alloys were gradually decreased,but,the notched impact strength had increased,and when the graft PE was 3%,the retention rates of tensile strength,bending strength and notched impact strength were 98.03%,98.37%and 96.11%,respectively.
