摘要
针对摩托车塑料件材料需具有一定的韧性和刚性及较高耐化学性的要求,开发了摩托车用高抗冲耐化学聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)合金材料。探究了PC种类、含量,增韧剂种类、含量对PC/PBT合金材料物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,当选用硅氧烷PC AG2030,PBT 1100A作基材,且PC/PBT质量比为1∶1,复配质量分数为9%的甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物类增韧剂E920、质量分数为3%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯类增韧剂AX8900时,PC/PBT合金材料的综合性能较好,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度分别为55.7,80.8 MPa和70.3 kJ/m^(2),能满足摩托车塑料件产品的韧性和刚性要求。将该材料注塑成产品后进行耐油漆试验,发现材料力学性能在试验后的保持率高,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度保持率分别为99.62%,97.21%,98.96%,表现出良好的耐化学性。该材料及注塑产品均通过了全面的试验验证,并已成功应用于摩托车塑料盖板产品中。
According to the requirements of motorcycle plastic product materials having a certain degree of toughness and rigidity and achieving high chemical resistance,the polycarbonate(PC)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)alloy materials for motorcycles were developed.The effects of PC type and content,toughening agent type and content on the physical and mechanical properties of PC/PBT alloy materials were explored.The results show that PC/PBT material has good comprehensive performances when the mass ratio of siloxane PC AG2030/PBT 1100A as base material is 1∶1,and 9wt%methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer(MBS)toughening agent E920 and 3wt%glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)toughening agent AX8900 are compounded,the tensile strength,bending strength and notched impact strength are 55.7,80.8 MPa and 70.3 kJ/m^(2) respectively,which can meet the toughness and rigidity requirements of motorcycle plastic products.After the paint resistance test of the injection molded product made of the material,the mechanical properties retention rates are high,the retention rates of tensile strength,bending strength and notched impact strength are 99.62%,97.21%,98.96%respectively,exhibiting good chemical resistance.The material and injection molded products pass comprehensive test verification and are successfully applied to motorcycle plastic cover products.
