以创新实践能力为导向的食品质量检验综合实验课程教学改革与探索 被引量:3

摘要 食品质量检验分析实验课程是食品工程专业实验课教学的重要组成部分,是专业素质和实践能力培养的关键教学环节。该课程不仅需要扎实的理论基础,更需要灵活的实践能力,是一门理论与实践相结合的综合实验课程。为了提高该实验课程的教学质量、培养学生的实践能力,总结归纳近年来该实验课程存在的问题和缺陷,提出4项改革措施:(1)以应用为导向,推进理论与实践有机结合;(2)推进"翻转课堂"教学方式的应用;(3)构建多维度实验课教学体系;(4)重构综合考评指标体系。 The food quality inspection and analysis experiment course is an important part of the experimental teaching of food engineering,and it is the key teaching link for the cultivation of professional quality and practical ability.This course not only requires a solid theoretical foundation,but also requires flexible practical ability.It is a comprehensive experimental course combining theory with practice.In order to improve the teaching quality of the experimental course and cultivate students’practical ability,summarize and summarize the problems and shortcomings of the experimental course in recent years,and propose four reform measures:(1)Application-oriented,promote the organic combination of theory and practice;2)Promote the application of the'flip classroom'teaching method;(3)construct a multi-dimensional experimental course teaching system;(4)reconstruct the comprehensive evaluation index system.
