摘要
目的探索培养高素质创新型人才的实践带教新模式。方法分析认识和实践的特点,提出"知行相长,集合创新"的实践带教模式并探讨在我校中药专业科研实践教学环节中的具体应用方法。在充分学情调查的基础上,实践前期指导学生以实践"点"进行知识"面"的集合,实现知识的升华;实践中期指导学生以知识"点"进行实践"面"的集合,实现能力的提升;实践后期指导学生基于两个"点面"的交互集合,培养综合创新能力。结果 "点、面"的交叉融合利于激发创新思维,提高学生的综合素质。结论该实践带教模式符合人类认识的发展规律,为广大教师的实践教学提供参考。
Objective To explore a new teaching mode for training the high-quality talents. Methods After analyzed the characteristics of knowledge and practice, a new teaching mode, mutual development of knowing and doing, collective innovation was proposed and been discussed the utilization in TCM research and practice. In early stage, students can be guided to assemble scope of knowledge from practice spot for the sublimation of knowledge on the basia of the full investigation; In the medium term, students can assemble practice surface from knowledge point for improvement of their ability; At the end, interaction set of knowledge and practice can develop students' comprehensive and innovative ability. Results The cross-integration with point and surface helps cultivate students creative thinking and improve their comprehensive quality. Conclusion The mode accords with the law of human development and offers the reference for the general teachers and students.
