摘要
交货期决策对订单生产企业极其关键,研究考虑需求对价格和交货期敏感的市场中,建立了订单生产制造企业交货期决策模型,最优化分析显示存在最优的承诺交货期使企业边际收益达到最大化,并在优化结果的基础上探讨了模型成本参数变化和市场需求敏感性对承诺交货期决策的影响,通过数值算例进一步分析了模型变量对承诺交货期决策的综合作用。
Delivery-time decision is crucial for make-to-order manufacturers.This paper formulates a model based on both time and price-sensitive demand with the aim of maximum of expected marginal profit,conducts the optimal analysis,which shows that there exists the optimal promised delivery time making enterprise marginal retums maximize.Based on the optimization result,it also discusses the effects of parameter changes of the model cost and market demand sensitivity on promised delivery time decision-making.Through numerical examples,further discussion is made on the comprehensive influence of model parameters on promised delivery time decision.The research findings provide useful guidance for enterprise's decision-making on promised delivery time.
