摘要
在对现有文献研究的基础上,从最基本的通用件库存模型出发,引入承诺交货期-价格因素,建立相应的通用件库存模型,研究承诺交货期与产品价格对通用件策略实施效果的影响。通过对无通用件模型、单通用件模型和双通用件模型的比较研究和算例分析,分析了通用件的成本结构对总利润的影响,并且分析了通用件采购成本、单位库存量持有成本以及单位制造费用对于交货期的敏感度在各种情况下对于通用件策略实施效果的影响。分析结论可为企业在各种不同情况的库存策略决策提供有益的指导。
This paper establishes the corresponding inventory model of component commonality by introducing the factors of guaranteed delivery time and price, and then it studies the influence of guaranteed delivery time and price of the product on the effect of component commonality strategy. Through the comparison between component commonality model and non-component commonality model,the effect of component cost structure on total profit is studieck In addition, it studies the influences of purchasing cost of component commonality, the sensitiv/ty of the unit manufacturing cost on the delivery and unit holding cost on component commonality strategy. These results are helpful for the decision-making of inventory strategy in the firm under different conditions.
