提高浆层纸性能 开发新品种

摘要 用离子型代替非离子型高分子胶料可降低浆层纸在锌锰干电池中电阻 ,从而提高电池的短路电流和放电容量。为了减少汞对环境污染 ,现已有低汞浆层纸和无汞含铋浆层纸。用铟量较少的无汞含铟浆层纸可用于含天然二氧化锰的无汞电池。无汞无铋无铟浆层纸不含有毒金属和重金属、组成简单、在电池中内阻较低、吸液速度快、膨润度大、保液性好 ,还可解决电池在放电过程中负荷电压突然下降又回升和电芯复压后在浆层纸旁冒水泡等现象。 The resistance of paper liner in zinc manganese battery could be decreased by substituting non ion type with ion type macromolecule gel,then the short circuit current and discharge capacity of battery could be enhanced.For protecting environment from mercury,there were low mercury contained paper liner and bismuth contained mercury free paper liner. Little indium contained mercury free paper liner could be applied to the mercury free battery with natural MnO 2.The constituents of paper liner with no Hg,In and Bi toxic and heavy metal was simple,it had low internal resistance in the battery with high absorption rate and capacity to the electrolyte and good swelling ability.The new paper liner could stabilize the voltage drop during battery discharge and prevent electrolyte leakage during bobbin formation.
