摘要
在无汞碱性锌锰电池生产中,所用的无汞合金锌粉都含有铟、铋等元素,其中与铟有关的,有含铟锌筒和含铟电解液。叙述了用三氯化铟代替氯化汞作锌缓蚀剂生产的无汞浆层纸的配方与生产工艺。无汞含铟浆层纸可用于无汞高功率电池。为了考察三氯化铟作缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,试制了含杂质量较高的天然二氧化锰的高容量电池并进行了贮存试验。试验结果表明:铟作为锌锰电池的代汞缓蚀剂是有效的。
The zinc alloy powdersused by mercury-freealkaline Zn/MnO 2 batteries al-most contain indiumand bismuthelementsand so on.There are manyinhibitors substi-tuting for mercuryin neutral Zn/MnO 2 batteries.Amongthem concerningindium,there are the zinc cans contained indiumand the electrolyte contained indium.The compo-sition and technology of the paper liner contained indiumsubstituting for mercury are described.For observing inhibitory effect of indium,the batteries with natural manganesedioxide contained more impurities are prepared and stored.The experimen-tal results show that indiumas inhibitor substituting for mercuryin Zn/MnO2bat-teries was effective.
