摘要
为了提高纸板锌锰电池的贮存寿命 ,在电解质中加入了约2 %的CaCl2·2H2O制成的锌锰电池 ,经多年贮存 ,电池的开路电压、短路电流、放电容量下降缓慢。主要是因为钙离子的存在提高了氧的电化学还原电位 ,延长了锌的钝化时间 ,抑制过早在锌筒与浆层纸之间产生结晶 ,加有CaCl2·2H2O添加剂的R6P电池以10Ω,60min/d,0.9V终止电压考核 ,在62个月的贮存期内 ,容量下降率小于5 %/a,氯化钙是价廉、高效的阳极保护剂。
To extend the storage life of the zinc manganese dioxide paper _liner battery, calcium ion was added in its electrolyte. The open circuit voltage (UOC),short circuit current (ISC) and discharge time of battery decreased very slowly during some years storage.Calcium ion could raise the electrochemical reduction overvoltage of oxygen, postpone passivating time of zinc ,restrain occurence of crystal between zinc_can and paper liner too early. The R6P battery used CaCl2·2H2O as additive discharged at 10 Ω, 60 minute per day to 0.9 V, the average capacity decrease rate is less than 5% per year during 62 month storage. CaCl2·2H2O is the cheap and effective zinc manganese dioxide battery anode protect reagent.
