摘要
目的:探讨阿立哌唑联合脑循环系统治疗仪治疗精神分裂症(SP)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月收治的SP患者116例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组给予阿立哌唑治疗,观察组给予阿立哌唑联合脑循环系统治疗仪治疗。比较两组临床疗效、记忆功能、认知功能、神经因子及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及后脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)、神经营养素-3(NT-3)、胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)均升高,且观察组高于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SP患者给予阿立哌唑联合脑循环系统治疗仪治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者记忆功能、认知功能,调节神经因子水平,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and cerebral circulatory system therapy in patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods:A total of 116 SP patients who were admitted in the Second People's Hospital of Zhumadian from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group(58 cases,aripiprazole and cerebral circulatory system therapy)and the control group(58 cases,aripiprazole).The clinical efficacy,memory function,cognitive function,neurokines,and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of wechsler memory scale(WMS),montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),nerve growth factor(NGF),neurotrophin-3(NT-3)and glial-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)all increased in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of aripiprazole and cerebral circulatory system therapy treatment for SP patients can improve clinical efficacy,improve memory and cognitive function,regulate nerve factor levels,and have high safety.
