摘要
目的探究丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗帕金森综合征的效果及对神经递质、认知功能的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2023年1月我院收治的80例帕金森综合征患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规对症治疗+多奈哌齐,观察组在对照组基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的神经营养因子-3(NT-3)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)及γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合多奈哌齐可调节帕金森综合征患者神经递质及神经营养因子水平,促进认知功能恢复,且安全性较高,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with donepezil in the treatment of Parkinson's syndrome and its influences on neurotransmitter and cognitive function.Methods A total of 80 patients with Parkinson's syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment+donepezil,and the observation group added butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neurotrophin-3(NT-3)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA)andγ-aminobutyricacid(GABA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with donepezil can regulate the levels of neurotransmitter and neurotrophic factors in patients with Parkinson's syndrome,promote the recovery of cognitive function,and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
