加味镇肝熄风汤对帕金森病肝肾阴虚型患者GSH-Px、Cys-C、S100-β及脑神经递质的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on GSH-Px,Cys-C,S100-β and Brain Neurotransmitters in Patients with Parkinson’s Disease of Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

摘要 【目的】探讨加味镇肝熄风汤在帕金森病肝肾阴虚型患者治疗中的应用价值,观察其对氧化指标、神经因子、脑神经递质的影响。【方法】将92例帕金森病肝肾阴虚型患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组单纯给予多巴丝肼片口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合加味镇肝熄风汤治疗,疗程为12周。观察2组患者治疗前后统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分及血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、S100-β蛋白(S100-β)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)水平的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗12周后,观察组的总有效率为95.65%(44/46),对照组为76.09%(35/46),组间比较,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)治疗6周和12周后,2组患者的UPDRS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组在治疗6周和12周后对UPDRS评分的降低作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)治疗后,2组患者血清CAT、GSH-Px、5-HT、DA水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),血清IL-6、Cys-C、S100-β水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组对血清CAT、GSH-Px、5-HT、DA水平的升高作用及对血清IL-6、Cys-C、S100-β水平的降低作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(4)观察组的不良反应总发生率为13.04%(6/46),对照组为17.39%(8/46),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】对于帕金森病肝肾阴虚型患者而言,在常规西药治疗基础上联合加味镇肝熄风汤治疗,可有效纠正氧化应激失衡,调节脑神经递质分泌,提高临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of the application of modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction(a herbal compound mainly with the actions of calming liver to stop endogenous wind)in the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)of liver-kidney yin deficiency type,and to observe its effects on oxidative indexes,neurological factors and brain neurotransmitters. Methods Ninety-two cases of PD with liver-kidney yin deficiency were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given oral use of Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets alone,while the observation group was treated with modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the basis of treatment for the control group. The treatment for both groups lasted 12 weeks. Before and after treatment,we observed the changes in Unified Parkinson’s Rating Scale(UPDRS)scores and the serum levels of catalase(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), interleukin 6(IL-6),cystatin C(Cys-C),S100-β protein(S100-β),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)in the patients of the two groups. Furthermore, the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results (1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%(44/46)and that of the control group was 76.09%(35/46). The intergroup comparison showed that the efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).(2)After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment, the UPDRS scores of patients in both groups were significantly decreased compared those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group on decreasing UPDRS scores after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).(3)After treatment,the serum CAT,GSH-Px,5-HT and DA levels of patients in both groups were increased(P<0.05)and the serum IL-6,Cys-C and S100-β levels were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).
