摘要
本文探讨了果酱画艺术在餐饮中的应用现状以及面点制作的艺术发展历程,分析了果酱画与面点制作的融合实践。在此基础上,提出了技艺融合、主题创作、市场推广与品牌塑造等创新路径,以推动果酱画在面点中的广泛应用。研究发现,果酱画艺术不仅可以赋予传统面点更丰富的视觉效果,还能为品牌打造差异化特色提供支持。
This paper discusses the application status of jam painting art in catering and the development course of pastry making art,and analyzes the fusion practice of jam painting and pastry making.On this basis,we put forward some innovative approaches,such as technique fusion,theme creation,marketing and brand building,to promote the wide application of jam painting in pastry.The study found that the art of jam painting can not only give the traditional pastry a richer visual effect,but also provide support for brands to create differentiated characteristics.
