摘要
目的:观察基于失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)的多科室协作管理在药房药品工作管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年6月该院接受传统模式管理的31名药师为对照组,选取2022年7月至2024年1月该院接受基于FMEA的多科室协作管理的33名药师为观察组。比较两组风险优先指数(RPN)评分、医院药品处方书写不规范率和药品管理相关指标评分。结果:观察组审方、核对、长期或短期药品调剂等RPN评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医院药品处方书写不规范率为3.03%,低于对照组的25.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组处方配伍审核、患者用药教育、药品出入库、药品分类存储、药品配发等药品管理相关指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于FMEA的多科室协作管理应用于药房药品工作管理中可提高药品管理相关指标评分,以及降低RPN评分和医院药品处方书写不规范率的效果优于传统模式管理。
Objective:To observe application effects of multi-department collaborative management based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in pharmacy drug work management.Methods:A total of 31 pharmacists who received traditional mode management in the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and 33 pharmacists who received multi-department collaborative management based on FMEA from July 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group.The risk priority index(RPN)score,the nonstandard rate of hospital drug prescription writing,and the score of drug management related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The RPN scores of prescription review,check,long-term or short-term drug dispensing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The non-standard rate of drug prescription writing in the observation group was 3.03%,which was lower than 25.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of drug management-related indicators such as prescription compatibility audit,patient medication education,drug stocking and storage,drug classification storage,and drug dispensing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The multi-department collaborative management based on FMEA in the pharmacy drug work management can improve the scores of drug management related indicators,and reduce the RPN scores and the non-standard rates of hospital drug prescription writing.Moreover,it is superior to the traditional model management.
