摘要
目的分析个性化细节护理在腹泻患儿中的应用效果。方法选取广元市第一人民医院儿科2021年1月至2023年12月收治的68例腹泻患儿及家长作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(34例,应用常规护理)与试验组(34例,在对照组基础上应用个性化细节护理)。比较两组护理效果、临床症状消失时间、住院时间、治疗依从性、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,试验组护理总有效率、治疗总依从率及护理总满意率更高(P<0.05)。试验组临床症状消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化细节护理可加速腹泻患儿临床症状消失,缩短住院时间,提高护理效果、治疗依从性及护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized detail nursing in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 68 children with diarrhea and their parents admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,the First People’s Hospital of Guangyuan from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(34 cases,received routine nursing)and the experimental group(34 cases,received personalized detail nursing on the basis of the control group).The nursing effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,length of hospitalization,treatment compliance,the incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of nursing,the total rate of treatment compliance,and the total rate of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and length of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized detail nursing can accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms in children with diarrhea,shorten the length of hospitalization,improve nursing effect,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
