摘要
目的探究基于护理程序的整体护理联合细节护理在秋季腹泻患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月至2019年2月在郑州市妇幼保健院治疗的秋季腹泻患儿102例,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)及观察组(基于护理程序的整体护理联合细节护理)各51例,对比两组临床指标、胃肠道功能、护理有效率、患儿依从性率、家长满意度率。结果观察组止吐时间、止泻时间、退热时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)均有所降低,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌均有所提高,且对照组GAS、MTL高于观察组,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(78.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿依从性率(78.43%)低于观察组(96.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长的护理满意率(96.08%)高于对照组(80.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对秋季腹泻患儿采用基于护理程序的整体护理联合细节护理,护理效果显著,可快速改善患儿临床症状、胃肠功能,提高患儿依从性、家长护理满意率。
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing combined with detailed nursing based on nursing procedures in children with autumn diarrhea.Methods A total of 102 children with autumn diarrhea who were treated in Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(comprehensive nursing combined with detailed nursing based on nursing procedures)according to the random number table,with 51 cases in each group.Clinical indicators,gastrointestinal function,nursing effectiveness,compliance rate of the children,and parental satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of antiemetic,antidiarrheal,antipyretic and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,both groups showed a decrease in gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL),while bifidobacteria and lactobacilli showed an increase.The control group had higher GAS and MTL than those in the observation group,while bifidobacteria and lactobacilli were lower than the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(78.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the control group(78.43%)was lower than that of the observation group(96.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that in the control group(80.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of holistic nursing combined with detailed nursing based on nursing procedures for children with autumn diarrhea has a significant nursing effect,which can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function of the children,increase their compliance,and increase the satisfaction rate of parental care.
