摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病全身麻醉术后患者苏醒期体温管理的影响。方法选取2022年10月—2024年4月三明市第二医院收治的的60例糖尿病全身麻醉术后患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。比较两组血糖水平、清醒时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间、拔除气管导管时间、苏醒期体温管理情况、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,清醒时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间、拔除气管导管时间均短于对照组,苏醒期低体温寒颤情况均少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病全身麻醉术后患者实施综合护理干预可改善患者的血糖水平和体温管理情况,缩短患者的清醒时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间、拔除气管导管时间,且患者的护理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on body temperature management in patients with diabetes during recovery period after general anesthesia.Methods From October 2022 to April 2024,a total of 60 patients with diabetes after general anesthesia in Sanming Second Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,awake time,anesthesia recovery room stay time,extubation time,body temperature management during recovery period and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the awake time,anesthesia recovery room residence time,extubation time were shorter than those of the control group,the hypothermia,chills during the recovery period was less than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetes after general anesthesia can improve the patient's blood glucose level and body temperature management,shorten the patient's awake time,anesthesia recovery room stay time,extubation time,and the patient's nursing satisfaction were higher.
