“熟知还是真知”?生成式人工智能对媒体融合变革的影响——基于复杂系统的视角

"Familiarly Known or Properly Known"AIGC and Media Convergence:A Complex Systems Perspective

摘要 AIGC技术可被视为一种“知识媒介”,正在改写传播格局与媒介生态、推动传播的范式变革。因此,媒体融合需要以人工智能作为“助推器”和“压舱石”,重新认识媒体融合发展的三个关键性问题,即实践论层面的内容和知识生产与创新性、认识论层面的技术幻觉与真实性,以及价值论层面的意义传导与异质性。在此基础上,从复杂系统视角,通过开放性、远离平衡态、非线性与随机涨落四个条件,分析数智技术革新与媒体融合的相互作用与动态演化,进而对AIGC时代媒体融合与逻辑架构的创新路径开展“二阶观察”。期望从积木机制到涌现机制、从复制机制到渐进机制、从简单聚集机制到竞争机制的变革,通过人与技术的竞争性合作,促进大模型的负责任、可解释与数字平等,并对媒体融合的理论与实践道路进行增强与重构。 AICC technology can be seen as the knowledge media,reshaping the communication landscape and media ecological system,and driving a paradigm shift in communication.Hence,ar-tificial intelligence serves as an accelerator and anchor to re-reflect on the three key issues in the de-velopment of media convergence,namely,the content generation and knowledge production and in-novation in practicalism,the AI hallucination and authenticity at the epistemological level,and the meaning transmission and heterogeneity in terms of axiology.On this basis,this article analyzes the symbiosis interaction and dynamic evolution between digital intelligence technology and media con-vergence through four conditions:openness,far-from-equilibrium,nonlinearity,and random fluctua-tions;furthermore,a second-order observation is conducted on the innovative path and logic fabric of media convergence in the AIGC era,with the expectation of transforming from building-blocks to e-mergence mechanism,from replication to crescendo mechanism,and from simple-aggregation to competitive mechanism.Through the competitive cooperation between humans and technology,the responsible,interpretable,and digital-equality of large language models would be promoted,and thus the theoretical and practical path of media convergence can be reconstructed.
