人工智能技术结合低剂量方案在胸部CT成像中的应用研究探讨

摘要 目的研究人工智能(AI)技术结合低剂量方案在胸部CT成像中的应用效果,以期为临床胸部CT成像的更好应用提供指导依据。方法选取从2022年1月至2023年12月于医院接受胸部CT检查的128例患者开展研究。将其以电脑编号奇偶数字法随机分作AI技术组(n=64)及常规组(n=64)。两组均开展常规低剂量胸部CT检查,常规组图像算法选用滤波反投影,AI技术组图像算法选用AI图像优化算法。对比两组肺窗与纵隔窗图像质量主观评分,胸主动脉与肺主动脉的信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR),辐射剂量,分析AI技术组体质量指数(BMI)值不同患者辐射剂量的差异。结果AI技术组肺窗与纵隔窗图像质量主观评分均高于常规组(均P<0.05)。AI技术组胸主动脉、肺主动脉的SNR、CNR均高于常规组(均P<0.05)。AI技术组各项辐射剂量指标水平均低于常规组(均P<0.05)。AI技术组BMI值≥28kg/m^(2)患者CTDIvol、DLP、ED均高于BMI值<28kg/m^(2)患者(均P<0.05)。结论AI技术结合低剂量方案在胸部CT成像中的应用效果较佳,可明显提升图像质量,同时可减少辐射剂量,其中BMI值可能会对胸部CT成像辐射剂量产生直接影响,应予以重点关注。 Objective To study the application effect of artificial intelligence(AI)technology combined with low-dose regimen in chest CT imaging,in order to provide guidance for better application of clinical chest CT imaging.Methods A total of 128 patients who received chest CT examination in hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into AI technical group(n=64)and conventional group(n=64)by computer numbered odd-even number method.Conventional low-dose chest CT examination was carried out in both groups.Filtered back projection was selected as the image algorithm in the conventional group,and AI image optimization algorithm was selected as the image algorithm in the AI technology group.The subjective score of pulmonary window and mediastinal window image quality,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)and radiation dose of thoracic aorta and pulmonary aorta were compared between the two groups,and the difference of radiation dose of patients with different body mass index(BMI)values of AI technology group was analyzed.Results The subjective scores of lung window and mediastinal window in AI group were higher than those in conventional group(all P<0.05).SNR and CNR of thoracic aorta and pulmonary aorta in AI technology group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of radiation dose indexes in AI technology group were lower than those in conventional group(all P<0.05).CTDIvol,DLP and ED of patients with BMI≥28kg/m^(2)in AI technology group were higher than those with BMI<28kg/m^(2)(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of AI technology combined with lowdose regimen in chest CT imaging has a good effect,which can significantly improve the image quality and reduce the radiation dose at the same time.BMI value may have a direct impact on the radiation dose of chest CT imaging,and should be paid attention to.
