宝石能谱计算机自动智能辅助技术联合低剂量个性化扫描用于双期胸部CT增强检查的图像质量评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价宝石能谱计算机自动智能辅助技术(GSI assist)联合低剂量个体化扫描方案用于双期胸部CT增强扫描患者的图像质量。方法:120例行双期能谱CT增强扫描的患者分为研究组与对照组,每组60例,再分别按照体重指数(BMI)分为偏瘦、正常和超重3个亚组。患者均行美国GE宝石能谱CT扫描。研究组采用GSI assist扫描模式,对比剂碘注射剂量按300 mg/kg计算;对照组采用常规120 kVp扫描模式,碘注射剂量按450 mg/kg计算。对两组图像质量分别进行主观评分和客观评分(CNR),并记录辐射剂量。结果:按BMI分层后,研究组动脉期和静脉期低能级(70 keV)图像质量主观评分与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义,而感兴趣区CNR均高于对照组(P<0.05);辐射剂量2组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GSI assist联合低剂量个性化扫描能够有效提高胸部CT增强扫描图像质量,减少患者总对比剂用量的同时维持稳定的辐射剂量。 Aim:To evaluate the image quality for chest enhanced CT scan using gemstone spectral imaging(GSI)assist associated with low-dose personalized scan.Methods:A total of 120 patients were allocated into control group and experimental group(60 patients respectively)and were further stratified into three sub-groups according to body mass index(BMI).Spectral enhanced CT scan was performed with GE Discovery CT in both groups.GSI assist and conventional 120 kVp scan were respectively used in experimental group and control group with iodine at 300 and 450 mg/kg.Subjective image quality score and objective image quality index(CNR)as well as radiation dose were measured and recorded.Results:After being stratified according to BMI,the subjective image quality score had no significant difference in comparison with control group(P>0.05),while CNR in region of interest was higher in experimental group(P<0.05);the radiation dose in both groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:GSI assist associated with low-dose personalized scan effectively improves the image quality and reduces the dosage of contrast agent without increasing radiation dose.
