摘要
目的:系统性构建和分析医用耗材遴选的综合评价指标体系,完善医疗耗材市场快速发展和监管加强背景下的耗材评估体系。方法:基于文献回顾和专家意见设定评价指标,遴选专家进行问卷调查。进行描述性统计、Mann-Whitney U、Kruskal-Wallis tests、主成分分析(PCA)和Pearson检验。结果:研究发现,安全性、有效性和故障率是最受重视的三个评价指标,而销售量、其他医院使用情况和医生习惯则评价较低。通过PCA分析,提炼出四个关键评价维度:社会影响力与市场接纳度、医院应用性能与运营效率、综合价值贡献及生产厂家市场竞争力。这些维度全面覆盖了耗材的性能、经济性、服务支持和合规性等方面。此外,研究还揭示了临床专家与管理人员在评价侧重点上的差异,以及受教育程度对评价偏好的影响。结论:本研究为医用耗材的科学、合理遴选提供了实证依据,强调了在耗材选择中综合评估技术、经济和社会伦理等因素的重要性。研究提出的评价指标体系和分析框架,为医疗决策者、采购团队、临床医师及政策制定者在复杂市场环境中做出科学决策提供依据。本研究为构建更加全面、客观的医用耗材评价模型奠定了基础。
Objective To systematically construct and analyze a comprehensive evaluation index system for the selection of medical consumables,and improve the evaluation system under the background of the rapid growth of medical consumables market and the increasing stringency of regulatory.Methods Evaluation indicators were established based on a literature review and expert opinions,followed by a questionnaire survey with selected experts.Descriptive statistics,Mann-Whitney U,Kruskal-Wallis tests,principal component analysis(PCA),and Pearson correlation tests were performed.Results Safety,efficacy,and failure rate were the three most valued evaluation criteria,while sales volume,usage in other hospitals,and physicians'preferences were rated lower.PCA analysis identified four key evaluation dimensions of social influence and market acceptance,hospital perform-ance and operational efficiency,comprehensive value contribution,and manufacturers'market competitiveness,which comprehen-sively covered aspects such as performance,cost-effectiveness,service support,and compliance with medical consumables.Ad-ditionally,differences in evaluation priorities between clinical experts and administrators,and the influence of educational back-ground on evaluation preferences were revealed.Conclusion Empirical evidence for the scientific and rational selection of medical consumables were obtained,emphasizing the importance of comprehensively evaluating technical,economic,and social-ethical factors in the selection process.The evaluation indicator system and analytical framework proposed in this research offered powerful tools for healthcare decision-makers,procurement teams,clinical physicians,and policymakers to make informed decisions in a complex market environment.Despite the limitations such as regional and hospital-level constraints,this study lays a foundation for the development of a more comprehensive and objective evaluation model for medical consumables.
