摘要
目的了解某四线城市三甲医院的互联网医院使用情况及评价,并提出相应意见。方法2021年3月某医院成立互联网医院并正式运行,在运行1年余后,于2022年5—7月以问卷调查的方法分析149医生和295名患者对互联网医院的参与及使用情况。结果36.91%医生开通互联网门诊,44.07%患者有互联网诊疗经历,涉及各科室常见病及慢性疾病,医生和患者对互联网医院在常见病和慢病诊治及管理方面给予积极评价,但亦存在医患参与率低、诊疗准确率下降、医疗风险、监管和法律问题以及医患时间和信息协同等问题。结论互联网医院对于常见病的诊疗和慢性病的一般控制比线下就诊有良好的优势,能较好地减轻患者资源负担。但医生和患者参与度以及使用意愿都有待进一步提升,互联网医院应扩大宣传、优化管理、规范服务、完善法律、加强监管、保护医患双方权益,最终使互联网医院和谐发展,满足慢病患者及常见病患者的诊疗需求,减轻线下门诊负担。
Objective To understand the using status and evaluation of Internet hospital in a tertiary a hospital in a fourth-tier city,and to put forward corresponding suggestions.Methods In March 2021,the Internet hospital was established and officially put into operation.After more than one year of operation,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the participation and using status of Internet hospital among 149 doctors and 295 patients from May to July 2022.Results 36.91%of the doctors had Internet outpatient service,44.07%of the patients had Internet diagnosis and treatment experience,involving common diseases and chronic diseases in various departments.The doctors and the patients give positive evaluations to Internet hospital on the diagnosis,treatment and management of common and chronic diseases.However,there are also problems such as low doctor-patient participation rate,declining diagnosis and treatment accuracy,medical risks,regulatory and legal issues,doctor-patient time and information collaboration.Conclusion The Internet hospital has good advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and the general control of chronic diseases than offline treatment,and can better reduce the burden of patients’resources.But the participation and willingness of doctors and patients need to be further improved.Internet hospitals should expand publicity,optimize management,standardize services,improve laws,strengthen supervision,protect the rights and interests of both doctors and patients.Finally,the Internet hospital will develop harmoniously,meet the diagnosis and treatment needs of patients with chronic diseases and common diseases,and reduce the burden of offline outpatient clinics.
